$6 Flat Rate STANDARD shipping within Australia (signature required unless you leave a note) and this delivery can take 4-6 working days and 10-14 working days for areas such as Western Australia, Tasmania, South Australia and rural areas too
$10 Flat Rate EXPRESS shipping within Australia (signature required unless you leave a note) and this delivery can take 2-3 working days

You will be provided with a tracking number on our registered post (signature required) delivery. If you wish to insure your item please request a quote from us as we cannot replace any order that have been tracked as delivered.
We want you to love your product and we hope you receive it in perfect condition. Occasionally, a product gets delivered that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If this happens please email us at email@example.com with all the details of your order and your item and we be in touch to arrange the return and replacement if required. We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.
If you have chosen the incorrect product we are happy to provide an exchange as long as the item is returned unused and in original packaging, and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.
Please download the below form and return it with your goods to the address below. Please note: return postage on non-faulty purchases must be covered by the purchaser, but we will cover the postage to get the replacement back out to you.
